Theory of Change

CoE Youth, through Yuva Seva Sadan (YSS), aims to instill a ‘SEVA BHAV’ (service-oriented attitude) among the youth of India, believing individual transformation leads to systemic change. The initiative empowers youth by exposing them to grassroots realities, imparting skills for personal and systemic change. By addressing systemic challenges, fostering entrepreneurial skills, and enhancing employability, CoE Youth envisions empowering youth of India for improved life opportunities and active participation in societal and national advancement.
